it is about time to get back to wedding planning! my fiance and me re getting married in July! guess where we will have our ceremony and reception???:)))
lying down in blankets, with wine, hot tea, chocolate, candels, fireplace, magazines, listening to Carla Bruni :) so beautiful!!!

it ain't so easy!

One thing i really hate is when people say that modeling is so easy and glamorous and arghhh....
well, lets talk about 'easy' this time...

i think Tyra showed all of us that it is pretty damn hard and girls and guys end up doing some jumping, running, and end up in crazy sets!Although, ANTM is 'a bit' exxagerated, it is partially true!
quite honestly, at almost eveyr shoot (unless its beauty) i have to jump or do something weird.

it is all about movement, modeling is like dancing! you constantly have to change your pose, your expression, and not forget about selling the product you are there to sell, about make up, hair, and very often a lot of weather effects, whenever you shoot on location.

i really miss Paris and i am really hoping that in 2011 i will get a chance to go there for modeling again, although i am planning to come back there next year and stay for acouple of months, doing the same things i did this year- castings, jobs, tests... i have high hopes for returning to this wonderful place earlier in a year... may be direct bookings, eh? :)
well, fingers crossed!

Model Lounge

I am loving it!
There is this secret spot, this beautiful place, this warm and welcoming atmosphere... no i have not been there myself, but hopefully, soon.... it is Model Lounge!

It is a place available to the models of top 10 agencies in NY, in the centre of Manhattan, where models can go in between the shoots, castings or any other time to chill, chekc emails, get a snack or even just take a little break and mingle.
As a member of Model Lounge girls (only girls! no males!) have a complimentary access to this place, with complimentary food and internet, plus extra bonuses from Vans, Make Up Forever and more.

I am sure that every model loves this place and is very thankful to the creators! It is safe and beautiful, an absolute necessary place to have for travelling models, who are away from home and need some cozyness!

Pirelli Pirelli Pirelli!

Ah, its about time for a new Pirelli calendar! And this time it will be very different! Now, Karl Lagerfeld was on set being a creative director for this shoot and he was the Photographer as well! So, Mr Lagerfeld came up with a new concept turning all the models in Greek Gods and Goddesses! Gorgeous!
The new calendar will be a sure hit! A great story of Gods and Goddesses behind the photos, beautiful models, amazing photographer, b&w photos and gorgeous gorgeous lighting!
